I'm Robert. I've worked in enterprise ICT for more than 25 years, and I runPatchAudit, an Australian managed patching service.
Much of that work comes down to getting separate systems to work together reliably, and that's also the problem I see in small businesses. A plumber, a clinic or a small agency will often pay for a CRM, a phone system, accounting software, email, a calendar and an AI tool, and none of them share data. Time goes into copying details between apps, calls go unanswered, and invoices sit unchased.
ConnectTheStack is where I write up how to choose those tools and connect them: which platforms integrate well, what they cost to run at realistic volumes, and step-by-step workflows you can copy. I try to be clear about trade-offs, including when a simpler or cheaper setup is enough.
